الشروط والأحكام
مرحبا بكم في www.iknow-you.com. من خلال دخولك إلى موقعنا الإلكتروني والمشاركة في لوحة الصور الخاصة بنا، فإنك توافق على الالتزام بالشروط والأحكام التالية:
1) Eligibility: Participation is open exclusively to residents of Saudi Arabia.
1) الأهلية: المشاركة مفتوحة حصراً للمقيمين في المملكة العربية السعودية.
2) Participation Fee: A nominal fee of 0.99 SAR is required to post an image on the board, payable via Apple Pay.
2) رسوم المشاركة: يلزم دفع رسوم رمزية قدرها 0.99 ريال سعودي لنشر صورة على السبورة، تُدفع عبر Apple Pay.
3) Image Content: Participants may submit images without personal information such as names or descriptions. Images must be appropriate for public viewing. Any form of nudity or inappropriate content is strictly
prohibited.
3) محتوى الصورة: يمكن للمشاركين إرسال صور بدون معلومات شخصية مثل الأسماء أو الأوصاف. يجب أن تكون الصور مناسبة للعرض العام. يتم فرض أي شكل من أشكال العري أو المحتوى غير المناسب بشكل صارم
محظور.
4) Image Placement: The placement of images on the board is random.
Participants cannot select a specific location for their images.
4) وضع الصور: يكون وضع الصور على اللوحة عشوائيًا.
لا يمكن للمشاركين تحديد موقع محدد لصورهم.
5) Moderation: All images are subject to approval. We reserve the right to reject any image that we deem violates our content standards.
5) الإشراف: جميع الصور تخضع للموافقة. نحن نحتفظ بالحق في رفض أي صورة نعتبرها تنتهك معايير المحتوى الخاصة بنا.
6) Intellectual Property: By posting an image, you confirm that you own the rights to the image and grant us a non exclusive license to display the image on our website.
6) الملكية الفكرية: من خلال نشر صورة، فإنك تؤكد أنك تمتلك حقوق الصورة وتمنحنا ترخيصًا غير حصري لعرض الصورة على موقعنا.
7) No Endorsement: The images on the board do not reflect the views or values of www.iknow-you.com. We do not endorse any content posted by participants.
7) لا تأييد: الصور الموجودة على اللوحة لا تعكس آراء أو قيم www.iknow-you.com. نحن لا نؤيد أي محتوى ينشره المشاركون.
8) Limitation of Liability: www.iknow-you.com is not responsible for any claims, damages, or losses resulting from any participant’s use of the website or participation in the image board.
8) حدود المسؤولية: www.iknow-you.com ليس مسؤولاً عن أي مطالبات أو أضرار أو خسائر ناتجة عن استخدام أي مشارك للموقع أو المشاركة في لوحة الصور.
9) Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the website after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
9) تغييرات على الشروط: نحتفظ بالحق في تعديل هذه الشروط في أي وقت. استمرار استخدام الموقع بعد هذه التغييرات يشكل قبولا للشروط الجديدة.
