1) Image Submission: Participants must submit their pictures through the specified platform and complete the payment through Apple Pay, ensuring compliance with the identity verification and eligibility standards.

1) إرسال الصور: يجب على المشاركين إرسال صورهم من خلال
النظام الأساسي المحدد وأكمل الدفع من خلال Apple Pay مع التأكيد
للامتثال لمعايير التحقق من الهوية والأهلية.

2) Verification Process: The eligibility verification process will be applied at registration and may include the following steps: ▪ IP address verification to confirm it belongs to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. ▪ Validation of the Saudi mobile number. ▪ Matching provided Saudi National ID information with official records. ▪ Verification of a physical address in Saudi Arabia if necessary.

2) عملية التحقق: سيتم تطبيق عملية التحقق من الأهلية في التسجيل، والذي قد يشمل الخطوات التالية:التحقق من عنوان IP للتأكد من أنه ينتمي إلى المملكة العربيه السعوديه. التحقق من صحة رقم الجوال السعودي. مطابقة بيانات الهوية الوطنية السعودية المرفقة السجلات الرسمية. التحقق من العنوان الفعلي في المملكة العربية السعودية إذا لزم الأمر.

3) Content Review: Submitted images undergo a review process to ensure compliance with our content standards.
This review is conducted by our moderation team, which operates in accordance with our policies to maintain a respectful and lawful community space.

3) مراجعة المحتوى: الصور المقدمة الخضوع لعملية مراجعة للتأكد الامتثال لمعايير المحتوى لدينا.
يتم إجراء هذه المراجعة من خلال الاعتدال لدينا الفريق الذي يعمل وفقا لسياساتنا للحفاظ على الاحترام و مساحة مجتمعية قانونية.

4) Prohibited Content: Images that contain nudity, offensive material, or violate any local laws are strictly forbidden. We take violations seriously and will take appropriate action, which may include removing the image and banning the participant from future submissions.

4) المحتوى المحظور: الصور التي تحتوي على عُري أو مواد مسيئة أو تنتهك أي قوانين محلية محظورة تمامًا. نحن نأخذ الانتهاكات على محمل الجد وسنتخذ الإجراء المناسب، والذي قد يشمل إزالة الصورة ومنع المشارك من المشاركات المستقبلية.

5) Refunds: Fees for image submissions are non-refundable except in cases where an image is not posted due to noncompliance with our content standards

8) Update of Policies: These policies may be updated periodically to reflect the evolving nature of our website and services. Participants are encouraged to review them regularly.
